CAPA History Report (Cognos) - CAPAHistoryXMLGenerator.getPlan method is referencing to CAPA Plan Need Date attribute value instead of CAPA Change Activity Need Date attribute value. Hence, incorrect need date value for CAPA Change Activities is displayed in Cognos Reports
