CATIA needs an option for OFFLINE WGM use

CATIA needs the option to switch online and offline use in the Server manager. This will be benefitial when a user was working online and the network had an issue, switching the user to offline mode. At a later time, the user can switch back to online mode and upload their work.

This online / offline option already exists in Creo.
