The volume of CEM objests is high in our environment ( ~500-600 per day). It will be very helpful if there is a way to identify the reportable complaints quickly, identify those that need to be acted on soon and how many days until it is due. Fresenius also requests that an icon be shown in the complaint header when a complaint has a product is deemed reportable. The days remaining will show as a hover-over.
