Can Save As dialog from Pro/E / Creo show <auto generated number> instead of actually generating number beforehand?

We have auto number configured for CAD Documents. When we create a new CAD Document, we see the tag <auto generated number> and the number is not generated until "OK" is clicked.

We want to achieve similar functionality for the "Save As" functionality. But right now it generates the number and then shows in the dialog.

Problem with this is the sequence number gets consumed unnecessarily if the user cancels the operation.

Hence we want to show <auto generated number> instead of actual number for Save As as is the case for New

I would request that this same functionality also apply to replace and rename as well.  Any place a file name dialog appears that is able to use autonumbering, "<auto generated number>" should be displayed instead and no number should be pulled from the database until the action is completed.  Today just opening the dialog causes a new number to be pulled, even if it's not needed.  See these links for additional information:
