The user needs to link deliverables to the project and still be able to convert activities into milestone, without having to use ms project to change it, in ProjectLink if the property "Link deliverables with project activities" the activities can not be changed into milestones within ProjectLink.
This functionality should be persistent wheter the option is checked or not.
