Change Notice sequence numbering

Change Notice using sequence numbering from 1-9 which is confusing when sorting via sequence number.

Suggestion: Use sequence numbers 01-09 to keep logic numbering.

‌AFAIK the suggestion

does not work (tried on 10.2 M030) as the leading 0's are thrown away on save.

Best workaround we have use so far in our templates is to start sequence numbers from 10 - and keep them below 99 😉
