Change Objects in Recently accessed to have Name

As of now, the Change Objects in the recently accessed list appears by number. It would be beneficial to include the name of the change objects. End users can only identify a Change with its name, number sometimes does not give a clear picture what the change is about. See below screen shot for illustration
