Change the logic in revise dialog from “included” to “selected".

Creating custom views in any dialogs is a great tool to support the users.

Only in revise dialog custom views doesn’t make sense, because of the logic “included”.

All views without “all” have only one effect: The user isn´t able to notice all objects which will be revised.

(This also applies to PTC default views like "Parts").

So I´m actually not able to use custom views in revision dialog, to make life easier for the users.

The logic “select what you want to revise” would fix these issues.

In, for example, promotion request dialog this logic is already used and therefore custom views work fine.
