Check in multiple wtparts in commonspace

Check in multiple wtparts in commonspace

there should be an action to perform a checkin of multiple wtparts. When you select multiple checked-out wtparts in a folder, there is no action available to check them in all at once.

Even on your homepage tab 'checked out work' it's not possible. You can choose to perform an undo checkout on mulitple objects, but not a checkin!

Workaround for the moment is select all the checked out wtparts in the folder, select the action 'edit multiple objects', and choose checkin from this wizard.

best regards,
Stijn

This can be accomplished today from the PSB.  If all your check outs are in on product structure you can use this method.  The My Checkouts will find all of your checked out parts in the structure and allow you to check them all in from one location.  You can add check in comments and do all at once, or one-by-one.  You can also Undo Check out from here as well.

Yes, I know you can use this, but then all the parts need to be in the same product. If not, you can't use this....

@Jeffery  What is the logic behind PTC applying product contraints to WT parts?  I can't think of any other instances where objects are constrained like ths; why this one case?
