Choices from a multi-value Option cannot be excluded from each other

You are not able to exclude choices in a multi value option.

For example:

Multivalue Option ABC:

1. Choice A
2. Choice B
3. Choice C
4. Choice D

                              => For example: Choice A en Choice B are not compatible. You are not able to define an exclude rule (only possible between different                                        options)
