Collector Actions for MPMLink Objects - Standard Procedures Included too Often

For the Collector in regards to MPMLink objects, the button actions needs to be changed slightly.  Currently there are 2 buttons that collected related objects to a process plan object, these are:

Collect Standard Procedures

Collect Associated Operations, Sequences, Standard Procedures

The problem is that no matter what you always collect Standard Procedures, even when they are not needed.  The Standard Procedures should be removed from the "Collect Associated Operations, Sequences" option.

This would then allow you to collect only what the user needs...  as when performing actions such as Revise or Add as Affected/Resulting objects.  The Standard Procedures do not change often, or have their own revision, release cycle.
