For the Promotion Request, we are able to set the collector up (specific preferences for Promotion), and even apply the collector upon creation:
It would be nice (and consistent) to have the similar features and same behavior for Design Review and/or Peer Review.
So far, none relative object is collected while creating a new Review from an object or a selection.
