Common configuration variants objects from the same BOM of different views

Connect variant parts result of a common configurable part (but from different views) where was used the same configuration spec. Please check the picture below with the explanation sketch of the current situation.

The current situation bring us a complex situation because the different views are managed by different stakeholders and we lose the connection. How can we "push” the connection to track both sides. See below the sketch.
