Compare tool needs to show usage for CAD documents and Documents

Compare tool for Parts shows part usage on History tab, but CAD and document history pages do not produce a similar report.  Need to have this for consistancy, especially for customers that are document management only or CAD data management only.

All the compare tools (WTParts, CAD or Document) should be "configurable", in order to simply add related info to compare (at least the "first level" of all links owned by the objetc):

-structure links

-describe links (WTDoc or CAD owner, content, image, etc ...)

-reference links

-configurable links

-attributes (hard modeled and IBAs)

-content file (primary and secondary)

etc ...
