Configuration selected in Structure Tab should be enabled for "Add to Workspace"

A user can look for the most suitable configration by changing the filter in Structure Tab of CADDocument.
Finding the best one, generally (s)he would like to retrieve the CAD Assy with the configuration immediately.
Currently "Add to Workspace" from Structure Tab follows the configuration defined as Preference "Workspace > Add to Workspace and Check Out". The user regrets setting confguration during "Add to Workspace" operation again.

Though the user selects "As Stored" in Structure Tab, (s)he has to set the configuration during "Wokspace to Add".
