We run licenses for several PTC products, including Creo and WQS.
The license status command 'lmutil lmstat -a -c license.dat' shows different information for the different products:

As shown above, Creo products list the users' login IDs. But the Relex products seem to show the users' Windows Display Names instead. This makes it very difficult to get consistent data for reporting utilization.
Please change the way your implementation of lmutil/lmstat displays user information. We need all products to show the same information, and it should be the users' login IDs.
