Configure the default options of "Matching Variant Specifications" and "Matching Module Variants"

Working with O&V, when a new variant is configured , the default options must be preconfigured.

Now if a variant specification existing in the system with the same options, the option "Go to selected Variant Specification information page" is selected by default.

Also if a Variant module exist,  the option "Use Selected Module Variant" is selected by default.

We ask for configure the defaults options, for example every time we configure a new Variant, the defaults options should be "Create a new Variant Specification" and  "Create New Module Variant".

This configuration only must be apply in the action of Configure.

The reconfiguration function have other behavior and it should have different pre configured settings. When a module is REconfigured, the defaults options should be "Update"
