Create an option to merge the plan data when importing a MSProject into a Project

Sometimes it is necessary to replan the project and because of how the integration between ProjectLink and MSProject have been designed, it is not possible to edit the plan in MSProject whithout suspending the project.

When editing a project plan in MSProject and then uploading it into an existing Project, the modifications made on Windchill interface in the meanwhile are lost. It would be great to have an option to compare the modifications on each side and to choose the ones to be included.
