The requirement we have is, create wizard with multiple steps, grouping related attributes (We have more than 20 attributes and we have each step with respective attributes) and to group the attributes using the Layouts.

Currently we see only three screens in Create Type (Create New Step, Create New: Step 2, Create New: Step 3). we should have more screens to the create wizard to leverage the customization.

I was wondering how you even use the Create new step 2 and 3.  I added a layout for create step 2 but cannot see it anywhere or how to access?
