The Change notice has a lot of fields to fulfill, and some of them, like for the approvers, requires some considerable time to be completed. Depending on the project, it can have a lot of CNs and the some fields repeats. With that if it could be possible to copy an existing Change Notice it would save some considerable time for the Change Notice creation process.

Hope I could make myself clear and this idea can turn into reality.
