After making the change to an older version a user needs (1st image) to approved by his supervisor & add to Windchill. As of right now a creator (Person who makes the changes) is able to add him as a approver (3rd image) and get this doc approved. This is a major issue as we don’t want anyone to be able to change important doc without getting it approved by authorized.
