Creo Elements/Direct Modeling worker / adapter: Provide regular customization entry points

Enhance the usability of the Creo Elements/Direct Modeling worker by providing regular customization entry points:

There are no documented/defined entry points for a Worker CAD Customizing available:

- for modeling (LISP ...)

- for annotation (LISP / macro)

 Regular customization options should made available, for e.g.:

- line thickness adjustments in PDF output / (they seem to be hardwired !?)

- annotation extensions (customer macros, check marks, ...)
