In current version of Creo View Adapter for PDF (Adobe LiveCycle ES3), there is no option to print Office Documents to Black and White. All PDF files are exported as colored PDFs.
In Adobe LiveCycle we can create a new service that does print to Black and White, but this service cannot be linked with the Creo View Adapter job that prints to PDF (DOCWorkers).

Develop a solution to Print Black and White PDFs from colored Office Documents, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Open Office, others...
