After creating a text box in a drawing an annotation in Creo View, the text box scales differently than the rest of the drawing. The end result is that the text box can obsucure the entire drawing if zoomed out far enough, or important parts of the drawing at different zoom factors.
In comparison, if you mark up a PDF file, the text box annotation scales with the rest of the document which is the expected behavior.
Suggested fix would be to change the behavior of the text box so that it scales with the rest of the document.
