When CN Author creates one CN, they need to select assignee from Participants List, however for many cases, they can NOT differentiate users of same name since there is no other displayed information to support accurate differentiation.
There is no option to "customize the views" at this level and add additional information about the users
Expected to improve the situation by leveraging more information like Full Name, Email Address etc. by creating views at this level which is currently not supported by windchill.
Raised a PTC case and they suggested to raise an enhancement request for this functionality.
