Data Package Delivery creation enhancement

In the process of creating a Delivery, we can select file extensions to include or exclude.

There are a hundred extensions to choose from and the ones we pick are scattered all over the list.

It would be nice if there was a preference that we could set to pre-pick the values from the list, or the screen could remember what we selected last time, or we could have save a group of extensions as a template.

We spend a lot of time picking the same 6 file extensions every time we make a delivery.

At my customer this has been solved over a customization which prepopulates the list of extensions to be included/excluded. Still a nice to have.

We set this property in the wt.properties file to control the list of extensions.
