Date effectivity "light" feature

A important feature in a PDM system is to be able to trace configuration of a product over time. The current tools available in Windchill support this, but are too hard to use. If PTC could provide a configuration filter which filter at state-change date stamp, it should be possible to configure the structure at any point in time without setting date effectivity.

There is a capability we have discussed with the PTC/USER TCs called As-Matured which will evaluate a structure based upon the state/sate change date of the root node and then evaluate the children based upon a set of the same or more mature states.
