When a WTPart is created and End Item? is set to Yes, the Default Trace Code is defaulted to "Serial Number".  This setting ignores the Type and Attribute Manager setting.  See CS252788.

 

Not all End Items will be traced by Serial Number.  Please "enhance" this functionality to work like other attributes and follow the default values shown in Type and Attribute Manager.
