Default the Stop Effectivity Propagation attribute to a value of "No" using Auto Associate
Unable to set the Stop Effectivity Propagation attribute to a value of "No" as the default while using Auto Associate functionality in PDMLink and Creo. The value defaults to "Yes" when the Part is created via CAD Auto Associate during the check-in. This value is set to "No" on the WTPartMaster in the Type and Attribute Manager in PDMLink.
