Delete Non-Latest Iterations is a powerfull actions which allows to delete related objects. It is available for WTPart and WTDocument, but not for MPMProcessPlan nor MPMOperation.
Today, it is not possible to delete a tool for example, when it has been attached to an operation, due to the lack of this function "Delete Non-Latest Iteration". We are obliged to delete the operation and create it again to proceed.
