Delete WRS endpoints for Change Management

Delete WRS endpoints for Change Management

1. Describe your environment: What is your industry? What is your role in your organization? Describe your stakeholders.
In the API documentation for Windchill REST Services there is no endpoint for deleting ChangeNotice/ChangeTask and AffectedLinks.

2. What version of Windchill are you currently running?
I checked in WRS for PTC.ChangeMgmt (API Version 6). We have windchill 2.3 REST Services
windchill pdmlink 12.1.0.0 versions installed on windchill server.

3. Describe the problem you are trying to solve. Please include detailed documentation such as screenshots, images or video.
This is needed for automated tests of altium PLM integration with windchill. Currenty deleting change notice is possible only manually. We are running integration tests and lot of junk change notices is left behind. We have to delete it manually now, as delete endpoints are not available.
