As many years that Windchill has be on the market, and with all the previous request for this enhancement, I find it hard believe there still is no way for an ADMIN (ORG or Site) to delete a Product or Library that may have been created by mistake, or whatever reason.
I do not care about the links that are automatically created internally by Windchill. In my opinion if Windchill is "smart" enough to create links when a product/library is created then it should be just as smart for deleting.
Leave it up to the users (ADMINS) to ensure a product/library is empty prior to allow deletion.
