If I have an object in PDMLink that has a lot of history, or even if it has a little history, and I delete either the latest iteration or maybe all iteration of the latest version, why can't the history record that. Intralink had this ability.
I know if I wipe out all versions of an object there couldn't be any history.
Currently there are only three business admins including myself. One of these is an admin only in one context. Once in a while I have a user that comes to me and says they are sure something was revised but it's not there now. Something may have been deleted a while ago per a user's request. It would be great if, like in Intralink, the delete history was recorded and there was also a Comments box which was also in Intralink if I remember correctly.
Right now the only way I have to record that information is to keep the email sent by the user but I may not have deleted the file. I also have a subscription to the context to notify me if a CAD file or document was deleted.
