We have several replica file servers in our Windchill setup that are scattered around the world.
Each of these replica servers has a limited amount of disk space (100gb).
Adding extra disk space is not an option at this time.
Reason for idea:
As our needs changes, so too do the rules we use for replication. Inevitably, some of the documents that were needed for replication years ago, are no longer needed on the replica server. To maximize the usage of the disk space available to us, we're looking for a way to remove files from a replica server that are no longer needed, according to our CURRENT replication rules.
We COULD reset replication, erase the disk and start again.....
However, that would be re-replicating every document that is in our current rules. This could be 80+GB, and would take a significant amount of time (and downtime) to accomplish.
