Use Case
- During some workflows, users that receive task to analyze documents, problem reports or change request, in some cases the comments field in the tasks is not enough to register the analyze, being necessary to add attachs with detail information to substantiation theirs analyze. Due the user doesn't have permission to edit the object to attach the files (if we give permission, the user could edit the attributes) we use the discussion object linked with origin's object, creating a new topic and attach the files. This approaching is working but there is an issue that the Discussion can be deleted anytime, and one record that was used to take an important decision is no longer accessible.
Product Idea
- The Idea is to add ACL capabilities to the Discussion objects, defining which role can create, edit or delete.
