Display CAD Dynamic Structure correctly when using "Include" assembly feature in Creo Parametric.

When using the "Include" assembly feature (Advanced_assembly_SET) in Creo Parametric, the part is hidden in the assembly. After uploading the assembly into Windchill, it is visible in the CAD Dynamic Structure. This is not reflective of what is displayed in Creo Parametric.
