Users expect to see the Display Name of their Enumeration picklist in the Importable Spreadsheet but only the Internal Name is displayed.
4. What is the use case for your organization?
When a user is creating a Part from the Importable Spreadsheet, they need the ability to select enumerations as they see them in Windchill, which is by the Display Name
