Display object count in classification explorer based on the search preference & settings

 

Currently behavior - all the versions of a part is counted. Windchill is not displaying the count based on search (latest version) Preference.

 

The result table and the object counts in the classification explorer are not in sync.. Both should be in sync (may be controlled with the latest version search preference

@cmahaboobjan , did you get confirmation from PTC this is the desired output? I have always found it confusing that the Navigator numbers do not match the folder view numbers. The Navigator tree seems to count all versions while the table view only shows (and counts) the latest version. Its weird to see a total number like 436 in the tree and then only 257 items in the folder view. Always makes me think items are missing.
