Displaying the current filter on the Assembly structure tab

Displaying the current filter on the Assembly structure tab

Our customer wants to have a displayed information about the current filter which is aplicated on the Assembly structure tab.

It would be nice to have :-) an info about the applicated filter on the assembly structure on the first view - without showing or clicking on some other buttons...

Thanks  Jana Hubackova

Note - I know the possibility to hover your mouse over the Current FilterImage icon to see a summary of the filters currently applied to the structure but our customer wants to see this information right e.g. on the header of the table.

That will be helpfull for the average user to show the actual filter in WTPart structure as well. Especially if a named filter or a user defined is being applied. For example:

  • If the System default filter is applied:

  • If a named filter is applied:

  • If a user defined filter is applied:

This idea is very useful if the filter could be shown also on WTPart structure and EPMDocument structure.

In the MPMLink objects as ProcessPlan and Operation the filter is shown.

It could be implemented also for WTParts and EPMDocumet
