It's possible to map any Active Directory field (as department, email, number etc) in to WQS 10.2 field in Administrator. Previously you could just bring in the user name.
My Idea is that this function would not be enough to distinguish people with same name.
Lets have a look into below senorius:
We have 2 Person with name Peter XX which is working on same company. Their email addresses are as (Peter.X) and (Peter.XXX2).
In order to distingush this people mapping email addresses from AD field to WQS was one solution but it still would not solve the above situation.
My sugesstion is that it would be good to have the opportunity to bring in 2 fields as (Username , Deparment) from AD to WQS.
In this way it would be eaiser for the users to select the correct person from the droplists in the system.
