Windchill should provide a warning or note to Users when creating quality objects, specifically Customer Experiences (CEN). If a CEN is created for an issue reported by a Doctor to Sales Rep and then a customer also calls customer service, there is an opportunity that two CENs for the same issue are created.

 

System should check several attributes to determine if 'similar' CEN exists. Example include but not limited to Part #, Lot #, PO# and Customer.
