I'm with TechPubs, Inc., a PTC partner. I recently implemented a custom workflow for a customer, to process Change Requests for XML documents. The customer tells me that the amount of work needed to process a Change Request can vary greatly, depending on the size and number of manuals needing modification. As such, they would like a way to assign a deadline to a task in an individual workflow instance, instead of having the same deadling for that task in every instance of the workflow.
