Eliminate the requirement for MSXML 4.0

We are currently using Windchill Quality Solutions / Windchill Risk & Reliability.  A system requirement for this application is MSXML 4.0.  Our company has this flagged as an outdate version, no longer supported by Microsoft.  This is a system vulnerability for us.  

 

Please eliminate the requirement for MSXML 4.0, or require a newer version of this.  Thanks!
