I would like to see an option for allowing emails to be sent from a role other than the CR creator / Initiator, like the CR Owner / Author. The use case for this is when a manager has someone else create the CR's and then takes onwership of the CR's. The email notificaitons are sent out on behalf of the creator when the creator is no longer involved with processing of the CR.
