Enable BOM Usage Link modification history

Manufacturing engineers often update BOM Usage Link attributes - especially quantity and Reference Designators. 

There should be the ability to view who made the change. What was the previous value?

The ask is simple – if a user changes the BOM Usage Link attribute – is there a way to check history for these attributes?

Should only be allowed in MPMlink to the Manufacturing BOM, not the Design BOM.

Any change should be timestamped and userid recorded.

These changes should be tracked like a revision, since it is a revision to the MBOM, iteration, timestanp and userid.

Changing a BOM iterates the WTPart, right? Previous iterations can be accessed from the history tab and the user who checked in the change will be recorded there. The Compare tool can be used to see the attribute changes between iterations. You may need to modify the table view in the Compare tool to show the attributes you are interested in.

Please correct me, if I misunderstood the problem and it is not solved with the Compare tool.
