Enable Security Audit Report to track what objects are added/removed from Implementation Plans

When running Security Audit Reports, it was found that if a user edits the Implementation Plan to add or remove an Affected or Resulting Item, the action of editing is tracked, but the details of what is being added or removed is not.

Multiple users have reported that they would like to have an enhancement that tracks what is being added/removed in Implementations Plans.
