Enable business rules to be validated upon upload from importable spreadsheet

At Boston Scientific, we are adding a customization to the validation of the importable spreadsheet to hook into business rules that are currently checked upon Create and Edit.

Example rules include:

1. Number field shall only allow the following special character: dash & underscore (_).
2.   Name field shall only allow these symbols: Hyphen , Comma (,), Underline (_), Left parenthesis ((), Right parenthesis ()), Plus sign (+), Forward slash mark (/), Pound sign (#), Period (.), Dollar sign ($), Exclamation mark (!), Asterisk (*), Single quote ('), Space ( ).
3. The Quantity field is required when the value of the Usage field is Primary or Alternate.
4. The Find Number field is required when the value of the Usage field is Primary or Alternate
5. Temperature or Handling Condition field -  "Blank" is not a valid value
