Currently it is not possible to collect Control Chars related to, for example, a WtPart via the Windchill change process (PR/CN). Essentially Control Chars cannot be change managed in the same way as other Windchill objects.
Hi Chris, to me this enhancement should also support the possibility of assigning an effectivity date on a Control Char (in the context of CN preferably)
