There is a input argument of the CreateFromFileName(), and the file name is established.
A setting definition of "PATH + File" won't be done.
Please do program improvement in order to set "PATH + File".
-----The specification.-----
There are 2 kinds, (1)Windows Path and (2)WebPath in PATH setting.
"." a character of the server name (IP address) is adding (2)WebPath.
It's usually the file name "." Later is recognized as an extension of a file.
( "." a character of a file extension. )
WebPath and Server-name can't classify in the CreateFromFileName function of the current state.
After WebPath is classified as Server-name clearly.
Please do system improvement.

PATH設定には(1)Windows Path (2)WebPath の２種類が有ります。
(2)のWebPathは、サーバ名前（IPアドレス）の"."文字が付加しています。
また通常、ファイル名の「.」の後はファイルの拡張子と認識されます。
現状のCreateFromFileName関数では、WebPathとファイル拡張子の区別をしていません。
WebPathとファイル拡張子を明確に区別してシステム改良ください。
