Enable the feature to add User Groups to PTC License Profile Groups

Right now only users are allowed to add to License Profile Groups. If a user need a Advance License Profile then the user need to add to 6 License Profile Groups which is a time consuming and also multiple clicks needed

Solution Approach

1. Create group Advance and add this groups to 6 license profile groups

       User can be directly to added to Advance group if we would like to grant Advance permissions

2. Create group Base and add this group to 4 license profile groups

       User can be directly to added to Base group if we would like to grant Base permissions

Advance Profile – 6 License Profile Groups

Base Profile      –  4 License Profile Groups
